The Journey
Day 1 – Journey to the Mara
Depart Nairobi by road, descending into the Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara. Afternoon game drive after arrival at your lodge.
Day 2 – Big Five Territory
Full day of morning and afternoon game drives in search of lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, and rhinos.
Day 3 – Savannah & Sundowners
Another day immersed in the Mara. Game drives with downtime at the lodge in between.
Day 4 – Return to Nairobi
Morning transfer back to Nairobi. Overnight in a hotel before regional travel.
Day 5 – Onward to Uganda
Flight to Entebbe, then transfer to your hotel for a relaxed evening.
Day 6 – Into the Rainforest
Regional flight to Bwindi. Transfer to your forest lodge and settle in.
Day 7 – Gorilla Trekking Experience
After a morning briefing, trek into Bwindi’s forest to spend one unforgettable hour with a gorilla family in their natural habitat.
Day 8 – Departure
Transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Entebbe and onward connections for your international departure.
